Step 1

Perform a detailed goal analysis to work out what you want to achieve with your health and fitness. We will then design key, future markers and make your goals as specific as possible with a definite time period and result.

Step 2

Gain a full understanding of your work and life balance and what time you can commit that is both realistic and achievable. Look at your history and current health condition and match this to the goals that you have set to ensure progression and avoid injury or burnout.

Step 3

Plan your coaching and training requirements over a 3-12 month period, dependent on your goals, and ensure this is in line with both your time and financial commitments. This can evolve and change over weeks and months- for example, an intensive training period over 3 months may then move to a more ‘hands off’ coaching engagement over the following 9 months. We will match you to the most appropriate programme and adapt it when necessary to give you the best possible results.

Step 4

Evaluation is crucial for progression. We will look at your progress in every micro and macro-cycle and make adjustments where necessary. Post- programme we perform a critical analysis of what you have achieved and take you onwards towards your next milestone.
